Compact
The most affordable tier. Care is coordinated through your Stratum GP, with a defined hospital list and referral requirements for specialist treatment.
Plus
Prime
A broader hospital and specialist network with more provider choice, balanced against a moderately higher contribution.
Premier
Open
Open private hospital access and the widest specialist choice, at a comprehensive contribution level.
Non-network elective treatment may attract a defined co-payment where legally permissible and appropriately disclosed. Emergencies are covered in line with PMB legislation regardless of network.
